Update on Landscaping & Poison Ivy

Dear Auburn Springs Homeowner,
Poison Ivy at Pool
- Please be aware that there is still poison ivy entwined in the bushes surrounding our community pool.
- Until it can be completely removed, please avoid the wrought-iron fence surrounding the pool.
- Please know that it may be a few weeks before our landscaper can get this fully resolved.
- SBB Management Company is also getting bids from other companies who can safely remove the poison ivy from the pool area.
Current Landscaping Company - Our current landscaping company is under-staffed and has been unable to perform some of the duties outlined in our contact.
- SBB has reached out to 2 other landscaping companies for bids and the Board will be reviewing them next week to make a final decision on moving forward.
