The East Allen Retail Center on the NW corner of Angel Parkway & Main Street was approved by City Council on Tuesday February 28th. This is the undeveloped land that is behind our neighborhood between Arbor Ridge Dr & Mineral Springs Dr. This Retail center will consist of a Tom Thumb grocery store, a Tom Thumb gas station & retail space for businesses. As well, there will be a small lot left undeveloped for a future business. They noted they will be building a wall between our alley, along with trees against the wall. This will delineate our neighborhood to this area.

  • Parking On The Street

    Published: April 10, 2017

Please be considerate of your neighbors when parking on the streets. The U.S. Post Office will not deliver mail if a vehicle is blocking access to the streetside mailboxes. Please keep a full car length away from mailboxes so you and your neighbor can receive their mail. The Auburn Springs HOA requires everyone park in their garages or at a minimum in their driveway. This is how it is outlined in the CC&R's that everyone signed when they bought their house. A street with cars parked along the curb not only blocks access to the mailboxes, but detracts from the beauty of the neighborhood. Please keep our streets navigable by parking behind your house.
