The East Allen Retail Center on the NW corner of Angel Parkway & Main Street was approved by City Council on Tuesday February 28th. This is the undeveloped land that is behind our neighborhood between Arbor Ridge Dr & Mineral Springs Dr.
This Retail center will consist of a Tom Thumb grocery store, a Tom Thumb gas station & retail space for businesses. As well, there will be a small lot left undeveloped for a future business. They noted they will be building a wall between our alley, along with trees against the wall. This will delineate our neighborhood to this area.
